This year, for the very first time, Hartland Carnival wants to celebrate them.
We are inviting nominations for our new Local Champion Award. A chance to recognise someone in our community who goes the extra mile and helps make Hartland such a wonderful place to live.
The chosen Local Champion will be invited to take part in the Grand Procession and be celebrated during Carnival Week.
Open to all ages because kindness and community spirit deserve recognition at every age.
